Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma raises the court-appointed special advocates assessment from $5 to $10. You pay it when filing a civil case in an Oklahoma district court, unless excused from fees because of poverty. This adds $5 per qualifying case, on top of other court fees. The money goes to the Oklahoma Court-Appointed Special Advocates fund.
