The law keeps the property tax exemption for nonprofit low‑income housing through June 30, 2033. It applies to property tax years starting on or after January 1, 1985 and before July 1, 2033. Nonprofit owners must still meet the existing rules in ORS 307.540 to 307.548. The law takes effect on the 91st day after the 2025 regular session ends.
