Pennsylvania law requires advertisers to disclose when AI-made or changed content creates a false impression about goods or services. The notice must appear the first time the content is shown, in the same medium, and be hard to remove when technically possible. The rule excludes evidently fictional content, parody, satire, commentary, criticism, and text-only content. The Attorney General or a district attorney can ask a court to stop violations or bring a civil case. A court can award damages, a fine of up to $3,000 per violation, attorney fees, and court costs. The law takes effect 60 days after enactment.
