Bill Overview

2 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 1 costs, 0 mixed.

One wholesaler report item removed

The law deletes one specific item from the wholesaler information report. Filers no longer have to submit that item. This slightly reduces reporting work. The change takes effect when the law becomes effective.

Wholesalers must include listed data

Businesses that file wholesaler reports must include every item the law lists. The list in subsection (b) is now required, not just examples. This adds reporting and recordkeeping work. The change takes effect when the law becomes effective.
