Clear Fayette–Shelby county line for districts

The law sets one official boundary between Fayette and Shelby Counties for district maps. Any statute that describes that line must follow the boundary defined in state law (section 5-2-118). Election and county officials use the same line when drawing and applying legislative districts. The law takes effect immediately.
