State updates rules for judge oversight board

The law updates how Tennessee lists the Board of Judicial Conduct under the state’s review law. It deletes an old item from one list and adds the Board to another list that sets how agencies are reviewed and continued. This is an internal change and does not change court users’ rights, duties, or fees. The change takes effect immediately.
