Simpler resignation notice for registered agents

The law simplifies how registered agents step down in Tennessee. Agents now send written notice of resignation instead of a copy of a prior resignation statement. This applies to corporations, nonprofits, LLCs, and partnerships across several titles. The law takes effect immediately and adds no new fees.
