Beginning July 1, 2025, Tennessee moves all nursing home assessment dates forward by one year. All references to FY 2024-2025 now mean FY 2025-2026. Dates of July 1, 2024 change to July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025 changes to June 30, 2026. Nursing homes pay the assessment in FY 2025-2026 instead of FY 2024-2025. The law does not change assessment rates or who is subject to the assessment.
