Under Tennessee Code § 13-3-603(f), property restrictions that were permanent now must last at least 30 years. They can be set for 30 years or longer, but they are no longer required to be forever. If your property is covered by this subsection, the minimum term is now 30 years. This change takes effect upon becoming law.
