Repeal of Henry County nursing home law

This law repeals the local act that governed the Henry County nursing home. The repeal takes effect only after a two-thirds vote of the Henry County legislative body. The presiding officer must proclaim the result and certify it to the Tennessee Secretary of State. For the purpose of that county approval or rejection, the law is already in effect. Once approved and certified, the prior statutory framework for the facility no longer applies.
