Candidates can reuse printed signs after treasurer change

Candidates who change their campaign treasurer can keep using old printed materials that list the former treasurer. They must first file the treasurer-change notice with the Tennessee Registry of Election Finance. They may use these items only until the printed stock runs out. This rule covers physical signs, placards, pamphlets, flyers, stickers, and similar items. It does not cover audio, video, or digital ads. The law takes effect immediately.
