State must repay county prosecution costs

Counties that spend money on prosecutions covered by Tenn. Code Ann. § 40-25-129(a)(3) must invoice the Department of Correction. After the Department gets the invoice, it must pay the county within 60 days. The Department only pays costs that state law allows counties to receive. The law is now in effect.
