Faster speeds for farm utility vehicles

The law lets drivers of utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) used for farm work exceed the 45 mph cap on state highways and county roads. This applies only while the UTV is being used for agricultural purposes. All other UTV safety and operating rules in Tennessee law still apply. This change is in effect now.
