Game and exotic animal buyers save

Buyers pay no Texas sales or use tax on qualifying game and exotic animals. The animals must meet state law definitions, and the exemption remains subject to Tax Code Section 151.1551. The law took effect immediately and applies to taxes accruing on or after that date. Taxes owed from before that date remain due.
