The law updates Creedmoor Municipal Utility District boundaries, covering tracts of about 134.0, 78.9, 97.57, and 47.53 acres. It replaces the 2021 boundary provision and confirms the district’s power to tax property within its boundaries. Boundary-note or copying errors do not invalidate the district, its operations, bonds, bond-payment rights, or taxing power. The law also confirms district actions, elections, and proceedings from before its effective date. This excludes matters finally ruled invalid by a court, including pending cases on that date that later end in invalidation.
