Sign and ceremony to honor 'Pumpa' Liburd
The law honors Dennis 'Pumpa' Lennox Leroy Liburd Jr. for his work in Virgin Islands music. The Legislature President presents him the Official Key to the Territory and a plaque at a ceremony. It names the main entrance of 6-Y Peters Rest Road in Christiansted as 'Dennis 'Pumpa' Liburd Drive' and requires a sign there.
