The law renames the Bolongo Bay Head Start Facility the “Dilsa Capdeville Head Start Facility.” The Department of Public Works gets a one-time $10,000 from the General Fund. The money is for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. It pays to design, make, and install the new sign. The President of the Legislature, or a designee, presents a permanent plaque copy of this act to Ms. Capdeville at a ceremony.
