Virgin Islands taxis must take cards

Starting 120 days after enactment, all taxi drivers must offer at least two ways to pay. One option must be a debit or credit card or an electronic transfer. The Taxicab Commission sets up the electronic payment system and writes the rules. Riders get easier non-cash payments. Drivers may need card readers or accounts and may pay processing fees.
