The law designates January 27, 2026 as St. John Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise Day. The Department of Tourism must organize and host a program that day. It includes a welcoming ceremony by St. John community leaders and officials, and a mini blues festival at Franklin A. Powell, Sr. Park in Cruz Bay with Cruise and local bands. The Department may add other cultural and promotional activities. All government departments and agencies must help the Department of Tourism as needed to carry out the event.
