Permanent road access for Parcel 18 Dronningens Gade

The law approves and ratifies perpetual access easements over part of the Public Road Right‑of‑Way Store Tvaer Gade in Queen’s Quarter, St. Thomas. They run in favor of Parcel No. 18 Dronningens Gade. This gives the parcel owner a permanent right to enter and leave the property. The Government of the Virgin Islands grants the easements through the Department of Property and Procurement under title 31 V.I. Code § 205. The Governor approved the Grant of Easement documents on September 5, 2025, for $10 consideration. The easement area is shown on Public Works Drawing No. 7283-3 (April 28, 2024). The law takes effect September 4, 2026.
