The law ratifies the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-22(W) for Anquet, Inc. It authorizes continued use of existing submerged-land structures. These are two fixed piers, two docks, and two tee docks seaward of Plot 62, Estate Honduras, St. Thomas. The permit lasts 20 years from its effective date, with a renewal option if requested within 90 days before it expires. Fees are set by negotiation.
