St. John helipad for transport and medevac

The law approves a 20-year lease for an existing helipad on St. John. Caribbean Buzz, LLC operates helicopter transport and medical evacuations to St. Thomas and other permitted purposes. The site is about 9,000 square feet (0.206 acres) at Estate Susannaberg, 17A Cruz Bay Quarter. Rent is $6,000 a year. The lease can be renewed twice for five years each.
