The law renames Hull Bay Road on the North Side of St. Thomas as Lorraine L. Berry Drive. The Department of Public Works must put up and maintain signs with the new name. The law provides $10,000 from the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund for this work in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. The new signs help residents and visitors find the road.
