Annual grants to Village/Town of Oregon and Rutland

The law creates yearly levy adjustment grants for the Village of Oregon, the Town of Oregon, and the Town of Rutland. The Wisconsin Department of Revenue must pay each grant by June 30 every year. Each payment equals the amount the Legislature appropriates for that fiscal year in the state schedule. Grants cannot be larger than the listed amounts in that schedule.
