§ 351. Voluntary waiver of appeal by parties. The parties in any matter may stipulate that the decision of the Court of Chancery, or a Magistrate of the Court of Chancery if they so choose, shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal.77 Del. Laws, c. 8, § 1; 84 Del. Laws, c. 101, § 4;
