§ 103. Regulation of child labor. The Secretary of Labor may visit and inspect at any time any establishment in this State to ascertain whether any children are employed therein contrary to Chapter 5 of this title, and the Secretary shall make complaint against and shall prosecute any person violating such chapter.19 Del.
