§ 8-408. Penalty for releasing information; class A misdemeanor [Effective Dec. 6, 2026]. (a) An individual may not intentionally release information from the registry established by § 8-401 of this title to an individual or agency not authorized under § 8-407(b) of this title to receive the information.
