§ 3305. Cooperation with Industrial Accident Board. The Department of Labor and the Industrial Accident Board shall formulate a plan of cooperation to become effective when approved by the Governor.42 Del. Laws, c. 201, § 4; 14 Del. C. 1953, § 3305; 57 Del. Laws, c. 669, § 13A;
