§ 1196. Transferability of training [For application of this section, see 84 Del. Laws, c. 327, § 2]. If an individual was previously employed by another assisted living facility or a temporary staffing agency and has previously satisfied a training requirement defined in this subchapter, the individual may present proof of completion of the training to an assisted living facility or a temporary staffing agency to satisfy the corresponding training required by this subchapter. 84 Del.
