§ 1608. Enforcement. All law-enforcement agencies of the State, including enforcement personnel of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, shall enforce this chapter.61 Del. Laws, c. 241, § 1; 82 Del. Laws, c. 167, § 7;
