§ 144. Millsboro Pond Dam; construction and maintenance. The Department may construct, reconstruct, maintain and repair a dam across the Millsboro Pond at the site of a presently existing dam adjacent to the Indian River.17 Del. C. 1953, § 146; 53 Del. Laws, c. 338, § 1;
