§ 2202. Powers and duties. The Division of Child Support Services may: (1) Accept, transfer and expend funds made available by the federal or state government or by another public or private source for the purpose of carrying out this chapter; (2) Adopt rules, regulations and procedures for the provision of child support services; (3) Initiate legal and administrative actions necessary to implement this chapter; and (4) Enter into contracts or agreements necessary to implement this chapter.71 Del.
