§ 1215. Notification of arrest [For application of this section, see 81 Del. Laws, c. 73, § 7]. Any individual licensed under this chapter shall notify the Director within 5 days, excluding weekends and state holidays, of any arrest which could result in a misdemeanor or felony conviction.
