§ 1774G. Dry needling practice; referral [Effective upon fulfillment of the contingency in 85 Del. Laws, c. 459, § 4]. (a) A physician associate may perform dry needling, but may not advertise or in any other way hold themselves out as an acupuncturist unless the physician associate is a licensed acupuncturist.
