§ 8752. Definitions [Expires Sept. 30, 2029; see 85 Del. Laws, c. 535, § 2]. As used in this subchapter: (1) “Advisory Committee” means the Advisory Committee to the Office. (2) “Department” means the Department of State. (3) “Director” means the Director of the Office. (4) “Office” means the Office of New Americans.
