§ 3122. Payment of fines and other money; disposition. All fines and penalties received for violations of this subchapter and all moneys received in compliance with this subchapter shall be paid to the Department of Agriculture or its agents and shall thereafter be paid into the State Treasury for the use of the State.32 Del.
