§ 6308. Violation of vaccination requirements; penalties. Whoever violates § 6306 of this title, or any of the regulations established by the Department of Agriculture under § 6307 of this title, shall, for each offense, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, or imprisoned not less than 5 nor more than 30 days, or both.Code 1935, § 609A(3); 47 Del.
