§ 8001. Definitions. Transferred to § 3001F of Title 16 by 79 Del. Laws, c. 377, § 1, effective July 31, 2014. Section 3001F of Title 16 was subsequently redesignated as § 3000F of Title 16 by 85 Del. Laws, c. 483, § 1, effective Jan. 1, 2027, under the terms of § 8 of that act.
