§ 382. Financial responsibility; default in Compact [Effective until enactment of the new Compact by 35 states and upon promulgation of rules by the Interstate Commission]. Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to this Compact shall be determined in accordance with Article V of the Compact in the first instance.
