§ 3726. Assignment of compensation prohibited; exemption from creditors’ claims. Except for attachments pursuant to child support obligations in accordance with § 3704 of this title, any assignment, pledge, or encumbrance of any rights to benefits which are or may become due or payable under this chapter are void.
