§ 3900D. Adoption. (a) The State hereby enters into the Social Work Licensure Compact (“Compact”) as set forth in this chapter. (b) The Social Work Licensure Compact is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions joining therein, in substantially the same form as in this chapter.85 Del.
