§ 4801A. Fund created. The General Assembly, in order to help provide funding for substance abuse rehabilitation, treatment coordination, prevention and education, hereby creates a special “Substance Abuse Rehabilitation, Treatment Coordination, Prevention and Education Fund.”67 Del.
