§ 5129. Berries and small fruits. Berries and small fruits shall be offered and exposed for sale and sold by weight or by measure in open containers having capacities of 1/2 dry pint, 1 dry pint or 1 dry quart; provided, that the marking provisions of § 5118 of this title shall not apply to such containers.6 Del.
