§ 4330. Obligation of buyer in absence of memorandum. Until the seller delivers to the buyer the memorandum as provided in § 4329 of this title, the buyer shall be obligated to pay only the cash sale price of the subsequent purchase.6 Del. C. 1953, § 4330; 52 Del. Laws, c. 342.;
