§ 4903. Funds and appropriations; expenditures. Any funds received from other than state appropriations may be paid to the Secretary of Finance who shall keep the same in a separate fund or account, and such funds shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out this chapter.Code 1935, § 6227; 45 Del.
