§ 9004D. Exemptions. The following positions set forth in this section shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title: (1) Secretary of the Department of Human Resources. (2) Deputy Secretary. (3) Director of Talent Management. (4) Chief Diversity Officer. (5) A Director of Employee and Labor Relations. (6) A Director of Statewide Benefits and Insurance Coverage.
