§ 4602. Authority. Title 10 Guam Code Annotated (GCA), Chapter 21, Section 21102 authorizes the DIRECTOR of the Department of Public Health and Social Services to establish rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of Chapter 29, Title 10 GCA.
