§ 7102. Purpose . The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to govern the meetings and proceedings of the Guam Seashore Protection C H . 6 G UAM S EASHORE P ROTECTION C OMMISSION Commission, acting pursuant to the legislative authority mentioned above.
