72-1385. Provisions not to apply to agricultural or domestic labor. The provisions of sections 72-1381 and 72-1382, Idaho Code, shall not apply to labor engaged in agricultural labor as that term is defined in section 72-1304, Idaho Code, nor to anyone engaged in domestic service in homes.
