Community action agencies to be established

KRS § 273.405, under RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL SOCIETIES -- NONSTOCK, NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS.

There shall be established community action agencies throughout political subdivisions of the Commonwealth.
